Buying questions
Is it a subscription?
No. Both paid plans are one-time payments. The unlock lasts 12 months on the browser you used at checkout. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
Can I see the results before paying?
Yes. Run the scanner and load the files into the report tool. Host, install and reference counts and the number of findings in each status are free. You can also preview the full report on the built-in sample data.
What counts as an organization on the MSP plan?
A client company you prepare a report for. The MSP plan covers up to 10 of them, with unlimited hosts in each. Print a separate PDF per client with that client's name on it.

Do you add sales tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout, before you pay.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions. Email us from the address you used at checkout. Details in the refund policy.
