Refund Policy
14 days, no questions. If RuntimeClear isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
How to ask for a refund
- Email lsramos@techbuilddreams.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or include your Stripe receipt number, so we can find the payment.
- You don't need to give a reason.
What happens next
- We issue the refund through Stripe within 2 business days of your email.
- The money goes back to the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
- A refunded purchase no longer entitles you to the full report. Please stop using the unlock.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. We will always fix billing mistakes, such as a duplicate charge, whenever you tell us about them.
